Frequently asked questions
What makes the Flora Organic Dunlop Latex Mattress different from a standard latex mattress?
It uses four layers of 100% GOLS-certified organic Dunlop latex with two middle layers that are fully customizable for firmness, plus a 2" firm base and 2" soft top to balance support and pressure relief.
Who would benefit most from this mattress and who might prefer something else?
It suits a wide range of body types and sleeping positions, with customizable middle layers to tailor firmness. If you want a fixed feel with no customization, you might prefer a non-customizable option.
How do the customizable middle layers affect comfort for different sleepers?
The two middle layers can be set to firm, medium, or soft, allowing you to adjust the overall feel from firmer support to softer pressure relief.
Is this mattress compatible with adjustable bases or foundations?
Yes, it is compatible with adjustable bases, and there is an optional matching hardwood slatted foundation if extra support is needed.
What features help with temperature regulation and durability?
An organic cotton cover with wool filling aids temperature regulation, and each latex layer is individually wrapped to minimize friction and movement between layers, enhancing durability.
Could this be a good gift for someone seeking customizable comfort?
Yes, its fully customizable middle layers and dual-firmness option on larger sizes make it a thoughtful choice for someone who wants personalized comfort.
